1.  Ben Goldacre And The Bridgend Suicides.

Ben Goldacre's recent Guardian newspaper comments on the Bridgend suicides would have been more use if he'd first spoken to Professor Richard Weisler from the University of North Carolina. Ben Goldacre kept very quiet about the Sunday Express article 'Incinerator fumes link to hundreds of infant deaths', 29 April 2007. Why was that?

2.  UPDATE: Review And Rate Your UK Doctor's Competence Online.
On 13 July 2008, One Click published the news that the iWANTGREATCARE.org website had been launched that provided people with the facility to rate their UK doctors online. This website is not working. Some patients have become so irritated that they are questioning whether the purpose of this website is simply to collate information and then refuse to publish it. Have you had difficulties with iWANTGREATCARE.org? If so, please contact One Click.

4.  Greg Crowhurst & Kevin Short - Appalling Behaviour.

Greg Crowhurst and Kevin Short -
Grossly Irresponsible Indefensible Behaviour

Greg Crowhurst and Kevin Short should consider the plight of M.E. sufferers who turn to local support groups for genuine practical help and support because they are not getting it elsewhere, and further consider the possibility that Crowhurst's unfounded and unjustifiable defamation of the M.E. Support-Norfolk group will deter Norfolk M.E. sufferers and carers from accessing that help and support when they most need it.
John Sayer, Chairman, M.E. Support-Norfolk

5.  WiFi Petition UK.

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to introduce legislation to require all UK schools to remove Wi-Fi installations and replace them with wired alternatives. Wi-Fi is an untested and under-regulated technology. The German government is advising its citizens to limit their exposure to Wi-Fi. It is time to stop putting corporate profit over the health of UK citizens - especially the youngest who are most likely to feel the adverse effects of Wi-Fi and are least able to defend themselves.
