1.  Autism Speaks: Don't Rule Out Vaccines

In an article published in the Daily Telegraph of the UK, Autism Speaks co-founder Bob Wright, former head of NBC and grandfather to an autistic child, is quoted rather extensively on the vaccine controversy. Bob Wright said: "Governments want to run from that issue [vaccines] but they should become more aggressively involved. They have to follow children through to see if there are any effects. When we spend so much money on vaccines, we should be spending money tracking each year group."

2.  A Brief stopover in another reality

Investigative writer Martin J Walker has published his latest diary entry on the General Medical Council MMR Vaccine Trial against Dr Andrew Wakefield et al that includes The Hearing and its Evidence, Some Random Remarks on the Hearing, The Conflict of Interest Issue, Not Enough Contempt to Go Round and Mr Mole, Mr Dormouse and Mr Badger Talk Strategy. The GMC hearing begins again with the Legal Assessor suggesting criminal charges against Walker because of his revelation of the MMR vaccine manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline shares held by Dr Surendra Kumar, the Panel Chairman.
